Main Tasks:

• Production Support
o Solving incidents with limited timeframes and under pressure
o BAU – monitoring incident queues and team mail box, etc.
o Troubleshooting (both Mainframe and Unix Applications)
o Troubleshooting  Basic Shell scripting
o Troubleshooting Java programming
o Troubleshooting JCL programming
o Implementation (deploying) in PR environment outside the official working hours

• Project Support
o Consultancy
o Deployments for testing purposes.
o Participation / perform pre production tests
o Deliver support during testing (incident solving)
o Deployments to a production site
o Support during implementation
• Acceptance
o Secure operational aspects
o Give ‘go / no go’ advice for implementation
• Second line support during and outside business hours (24/7 stand-by)
o Solve incidents
o Creating/updating maintenance documentation
o Creating/updating/improving Helpdesk scripts
o Creating/updating/improving Operator instructions
o Knowledge Maintenance (documentation, providing training)
