Job role:
The IMAC team accurately coordinate, maintain, administer and configure -on a daily basis- all relevant IT Hardware in branch offices as well as headquarters in such a way that the fysical environment is in accordance with the asset- and configuration administration.
Equipment has to be delivered by an engineer due to agreed schedules and agreed quality and is measured by contractual service levels with the customer.
In this specific role one leads in writing and improving all relevant IMAC processes in order to deliver a manageable operational environment in which a correct administration can be guaranteed.
He/she takes ownership in a way that other team-members are able to work smoothly with IMAC processes and CAMERA, the Asset- and Configuration tool.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IMAC (incl. WBP and Solon) Platform.

In-depth knowledge of: EUC/hardware, Windows, Network Asset- & Configuration Management and Project Management
Non technical skills required: outstanding (written) communication (Dutch as well as English), ownership, resultdriven, clientfocus, creative and coordination.

Experience with participating in large and complex EUC environment
Experience within Banking/Finance landscape is a nice-to-have
Experience and knowledge of all skills mentioned above is mandatory, preferrably based on former experiences at other companies. Especially in-dept Asset- & Config. Management knowledge is mandatory.
Demonstrable experience in structured working, leading in a constantly changing environment and working in multi-discipline projects.
